Federal healthcare

Leading delivery at scale

In the final year of a $100M+ federal healthcare contract staffed by 300+ people, led eight team leads and approximately 120 professionals amid attrition and delivery risks. After the organization did not win the recompete, served on the transition team transferring the work to the incoming contractor.

Recovering performance. Closing strong.

In a separate contract’s final year, worked with the team to get delivery back on track, corrected reporting, and met regularly with the client. Delivered on time and closed the contract with the client, earning an Exceptional CPAR rating—a performance record that matters when competing for future government work.
